Disc pelletizer is a mainly equipment in sphericity and disc technics．The working principle iS that the surface of the round disc with a periphery is tiled of slope 30°-55° with the level and the slope is adjustable within a specified range according to the requirement of production. The motor drives the disc turning by a pair of bevel gear and gear reducer. Fixed sprinkler pipe and scraper and others on the disk. The Powder enter into disc and wetted by water, then rolling into grain→little ball→large ball, when the little ball lead to middle of disc and becoming larger and larger, then roll to the edge of disc and be discharged.
