Double-inlet and double-outlet coal mill for direct firing system, the technology of which was transferred from Stein Corp. France in 1989. As a result of Absorbing and combining with Chinese situation, we developed into more series to meet the situation of China. The first lot of mill passed through 168 hours trail running one time.

Because of the special design, BBD double-inlet & double-outlet coal mill has the advantages of widely usage, better product granularity, reliable operation, high efficiency, convenient maintenance, long life-time, etc., especially for the coal with the character of high powder, volatility, rusted.

Double-inlet and double-outlet coal mill has double symmetry grinding circuit. It can realize double-inlet & double-outlet, single-inlet & double-outlet and single-inlet & single-outlet as your requiredments.

Operation Theory:

Double-inlet and double-outlet coal mill has double symmetry grinding circuit. The operation theory as follows:

The raw coal falling down to the coal pipe through auto coal feeder, the conveyor transmit the raw coal into the barrel, there are steel balls in the rotated barrel, the steel ball grind the raw coal into powder by impacting.

A blast from each side of the mill make the coal drying, and blow the coal powder into upper separator. Unqualified powder forced back to barrel for re-grinding, qualified powder is conveyed into burner.
