News from coal mill network: On April 29, Ouyang Changyu, deputy secretary general of China Electricity Council, expressed on the China electric power development forum in 2015 that, the growth rate of the electric power consumption in the second, third and fourth quarters of this year was rebounded on the whole. By comprehensively considering the macroeconomic situation, air temperature and base number, price reduction of the industrial and commercial power, electric power replacement and other factors, it is predicted that the growth rate of the power consumption in the late three quarters is expected to rebound on the whole. It is predicted that the total electricity consumption in the first half year is 2,680,000,000,000KWH, which has a year-on-year growth of about 2%; and the total electricity consumption is 5,690,000,000,000-5,800,000,000,000KWH annually, which has a year-on-year growth of 3%-5%.
The electric power supply ability is sufficient, and the installed power generation capacity of the non-fossil energy is further improved. It is predicted that the new installed power generation capacity of the infrastructure is about 100,000,000KW in 2015, wherein the power generation of the non-fossil energy is more than 53,000,000KW. It is predicted that the national installed power generation capacity at the end of year is 1,460,000,000KW, which has a year-on-year growth of about 7.5%, wherein the power generation of the non-fossil energy is 510,000,000KW, which accounts for about 35% of the total installed capacity.
The national electric power supply and demand are further eased. It is predicted that the electric power supply ability in northeast and northwest region has much surplus; the supply and demand in the east China and central China are balanced on the whole, and the supply ability of part of provinces is surplus; the supply and demand in the North China are balanced on the whole, and the supply of part of provinces is slightly tight; and the electric power supply and demand in the southern region is balanced on the whole, and the gap of the electric power in Hainan is relatively big. It is predicted that the utilization hours of the power generation equipment are about 4130h annually, wherein the utilization hours of the thermal power equipment will break below 4600h, which will create the new lowest record in history.
